"I would like to commend KCB for their work on our CapX project completion and project management agreement. Recently, KCB completed a project for Bluegreen Vacations at Carolina Grande Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The project consisted of the removal of the two 25-year-old existing domestic water heaters, one (1) laundry water heater and three (3) hot water storage tanks which were located in mechanical closets on the roof of our 19-story property. KCB installed two (2) new Intelli-hot IQ 751 and (2) new IQ251 tankless water heaters for our domestic hot water systems and laundry operations complete with all required accessories, controls and material.
