After two decades in project management, Eric Englert founded KCB Consulting Solutions in 2018 to bring clarity, integrity, and accountability to HVAC and MEP projects across the U.S. He leads KCB as a trusted project partner, delivering cost-effective solutions with minimal disruption while acting as an extension of each client’s team. Under his leadership, KCB emphasizes clear communication, consistent processes, and turnkey solutions that help clients reduce risk, stay on budget, and achieve lasting results.

Eric and his wife, Katie live in Noblesville, Indiana, where they enjoy visits from their two grown sons. A passionate mentor, he enjoys coaching youth sports and cheering on Indiana University basketball and Notre Dame football. The values that guide his personal life — family, mentorship, and integrity — are the same values that shape KCB’s culture.
