Jen Seber brings a passion for solving challenging problems, improving processes, and exploring better ways to support teams and clients. After building a career in the financial industry, she transitioned to the HVAC/mechanical field when she joined KCB Consulting Solutions as Research and Development Manager. Jen enjoys examining procedures, finding ways to increase efficiency, and contributing new ideas that help KCB continue evolving. She values KCB’s commitment to strong client relationships, innovative thinking, and the holistic approach the team takes to delivering successful projects.

Jen lives in Albany, New York with her husband and daughter. She enjoys reading, visiting national parks, hiking, doing puzzles, and practicing yoga, and she is a longtime Dave Matthews Band fan. She appreciates KCB’s investment in its people, culture, and processes, and the way the company encourages continual improvement to better serve clients.
