KCB manages more than 150 annual Mechanical/HVAC projects in a retrofit program that started in 2019 in conjunction with our retail partners. This site had RTU’s that were ready for upgrade. KCB audited the site and determined a like-for-like retrofit was required and upgraded the RTUs to newer, more efficient equipment. At the conclusion of the project KCB sent out a factory-certified technician to start up the equipment and verify operation. KCB verified that proper installation and operation standards were adhered to at the completion of the project.
