Full-Service Beach Hotel, Daytona Beach FL – HVAC Systems
KCB was hired to review the mechanical equipment at a restaurant with a long-tenured tenant within an existing client property. Our assessment revealed multiple deficiencies in the existing HVAC systems that the client had been dealing with for several years. KCB was able to modify the design and selection in order to eliminate the deficiencies and provide correct design and equipment selections to handle space conditioning and ventilation for the kitchen and BOH operations. New equipment was designed for coastal applications. At the conclusion of the project, the factory sent out a certified technician to start up the units and verify operation. KCB verified that proper installation and operation standards were adhered to at the completion of the project.
