Full-Service High-Rise Hotel, Atlanta GA – Cooling Tower
KCB was retained to provide a design build package for the 460-ton chilled water plant retrofit. The project included two new centrifugal chillers, a dual-cell cooling tower (with a sweeper system), five new pumps and a new control platform. KCB provided a temporary chiller to keep the property cool and comfortable throughout the construction. At the conclusion of the project, the factory sent out a certified technician to start up the units and verify operation. KCB verified that proper installation and operation standards were adhered to at the completion of the project.
