Full-Service Historic Hotel, Savannah GA –MUA System
This project was referred to KCB by a former client. KCB performed a full assessment and project development package to address major deficiencies with the BOH HVAC as well as the building’s MUA systems. KCB installed new split system air conditioning units in the basement. To address the building pressurization, dedicated guest room exhaust was provided, and all common area spaces were tested and balanced. The MUA system was replaced with 2 new units. KCB handled the complexity of the historic building permit with ease. At the conclusion of the project, the factory sent out a certified technician to start up the units and verify operation. KCB verified that proper installation and operation standards were adhered to at the completion of the project in 2023.
