Full-Service Hotel, Indianapolis IN – Corridor DOAS
KCB was hired in 2019 to perform a full property mechanical and HVAC assessment. During the assessment we identified that all three Corridor DOAS units were not functional and had more than reached their life expectancy. KCB provide three custom Greenheck DOAS units with steam heating coils. KCB’s primary objective was to replace the units to get make up air into the corridors to relief unnecessary wear and tear on other HVAC units in the building. At the conclusion of the project Greenheck sent out a factory-certified technician to start up the units and verify operation. KCB verified that proper installation and operation standards were adhered to at the completion of the project.
